The history of Chinese bridge can be dated back to Clan commune era, and reached its peak when 1000 years ago. Since the 1990s, the great achievement of Chinese bridge enable us to stand in the front of the world without any shame to our ancestor. The is the great recovery times of Chinese bridge building. Yongan just takes a small part in the bridge building, However, we are still very proud of it.
The following is the main projects that many of Yongan piling equipment are used.
1、The HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge
The Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the longest cross-sea bridge in the world connecting Hongkong, Zhuhai city and Macao, is one of sea-cross project with the longest mile, the most investment and the most construction difficulty. This “Century Project”, with more than 100 billion yuan investment, started in Dec 15th, 2009, and would be finished in the end of 2017. The bridge would connect Hongkon, Zhuhai and Macao closely with just half-an-hour driving from Hongkong to Zhuhai city. After finished, the bridge become the longest six-line driving immersed tunnel and the longest sea-cross bridge and tunnel combination road in the world.
2、The Hangzhou Bay Bridge
The Hangzhou Bay Bridge is 36 km long, the third longest bridge in the world, invested 11.8 billion yuan, designed to be used for 100 years. The max. diameter of steel pipe used in this project is 1.6 m, max. length is 89ms, weight 74tons. All these make the pipe become the first in the whole screw bridge steel pipes at home and abroad.
3、The Jiashao Bridge
The Jiashao Bridge is another cross-sea after Hangzhou Bay Bridge, finised in July 19th, 2013, 10.137km long, invested in 6.35 billion yuan. It is the longest, widest multi tower cable-stayed bridge with the most cable bent tower and the longest main bridge. Many big diameter drilled piles (3.8m diameter, 110m depth) are used in the approach bridge in the water area. The concrete poured in the single pile is over 1300cbm, making the pile driver become the biggest in the world. The bearing platform on the bridge pier is also eliminated. 15 sets of Yongan electric vibratory hammer such as DZJ480, DZJ120 are used in this project.
4、Qingdao Bay Bridge
Qingdao Bay Bridge, which is called Jiaozhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge too, is designed and constructed totally by China. This bridge is 36.48km long, invested about 10 billion, completed in four years. This bridge is the longest cross-sea bridge, longer than Hangzhou Bay Bridge in China and the Chesapeake Bay cross-sea Bridge in America, also is the second longest bridge, and win the title of the greatest bridge in the world. The bridge is completed in Jun 30th, in 2011.
More than 11 sets of electric vibratory hammer DZJ90 from Yongan Machinery are used in this project.
5、Pingtan Strait Bridge
Pingtan Strait Bridge is invested 1.13 billion yuan, 3.51km long, completed in Nov. 30th, 2010. This project end the ferry history from Chinese mainland to Taiwan. Hydraulic impact hammer YC-5 and YC-21 from Yongan Machinery are used in the foundation of this project.
6、Huanggang Yangtze River Bridge
Huanggang Yangtze River Bridge is located in the upstream of Tangjia Du, Huangzhou district, Huanggang city, Hubei province, about 4km long. This bridge became the top one because of its main bridge span, the tilting degrees of main trusses member, the breaking force of the stay cable and the compressive and tensile strength of the pedal. It was completed in Jun 16th, 2014. Yongan Electric vibratory hammer DZJ-600 is used in the foundation of this project.
7、Shanghai Railway Yangtze River Bridge
Shanghai Railway Yangtze River Bridge now is on building, would became the longest railway and road double using cable stay bridge as its main span is over 1000 meters. This project is started in Mar 01st, 2014, expected to be finished in five and a half years later. Yongan Electric vibratory hammer DZJ120, DZJ-90, DZJ-300 were used in this project.
